Our Services
CCS was founded on providing electrical & controls system engineering. Our engineers & designers have a vast array of knowledge with PLC controlled operations, servo systems, process & packaging automation and material handling. We have provided engineered solutions from green field projects to upgrading obsolete PLC systems.
At CCS, we utilize the latest software packages from Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Modicon and others to develop a comprehensive system integration solution. Servo system programming is
also in our field of expertise.
Custom Control Solutions has over 75 years of combined mechanical design engineering experience.
Designing in Solidworks™ and AutoCad™ we work with you to complete any design engineering project.
CCS is a UL508A certified panel builder. We custom build your panels at our Cleveland, TN facility per designs completed by our own engineers or per the design provided by the customer. We do a complete wiring check at our site and can also provide commissioning and startup services at the customer site.
3D printing helps improve the design process while also reducing cost. Our 3D printing can assist your project with proof of concept or even end-use devices designed & printed at CCS.
A fundamental reason behind 3D laser scanning is to collect data on an existing process and facility. This allows for a more accurate & timely install.
CCS has TUV certified engineers on staff to design your machine safety systems.
